Syncing your existing product inventory with Freshly

When you set up Freshly for the first time, all of the products that are available to your Shopify store are automatically synced.

Add existing product inventory to a batch

If a quantity already exists for a product variant, the first batch that you create must contain this quantity so that they are accounted for as you add more batches and associated expiry dates in the future. Once you add your first batch, the product variant will appear in the With batches tab.

To add an existing inventory quantity to a batch, click Create batch:

Your first batch containing your existing inventory quantity will appear in your product variant batch list.
