Editing expiry dates on inventory batches

If you would like to edit the expiry dates on existing inventory batches, there are two locations you can accomplish this from.
  1. Products tab
  2. Inventory batches tab

📝 Currently, Freshly  does not support editing expiry dates on expired inventory batches. Please make sure the inventory batch is active or in stock before editing expiry dates.

Products

  1. Navigate to the product you would like to edit the inventory batch for.
  2. Click on the link for the batch name on the active inventory batch. This will open a modal or a pop up with the inventory batch details.
  3. Click on the expiry date field to edit.
  4. Click save to update the expiry date on the inventory batch.

Inventory batches

  1. Navigate to either the All or the In Stock tab you would like to edit the inventory batch for.
  2. Click on the link for the batch name. This will open a modal or a pop up with the inventory batch details.
  3. Click on the expiry date field to edit.
  4. Click save to update the expiry date on the inventory batch.
