Bulk printing packing slips

You can print Freshly packing slips, with batch details for each item, for many orders at once from your Shopify orders list. Printing Freshly packing slips is part of the paid Freshly plan.

Print packing slips for several orders

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Orders.
2. Select the orders you want packing slips for.
3. Open More actions (...) and click Print packing slips with Freshly.

4. Freshly opens the Preview packing slips page. Check the slips, then either: - click Print packing slip to open your browser's print dialog, or - click Export as PDF to download a PDF.

5. In the print dialog, choose your printer or Save as PDF. Most browsers let you turn off headers and footers under the extra settings. Then print.

Print a packing slip for one order

• From a Shopify order page, choose Print packing slip with Freshly from the app actions
• From an order in Freshly Orders, click Print packing slip or Export as PDF.

Freshly packing slips vs Shopify packing slips

Shopify's built-in Print > Print packing slips uses Shopify's own template, which doesn't include Freshly batches unless you add them. See Add batch details to Shopify packing slips using order metafields.
