Traceability and recalls for batch tracked inventory

An effective traceability system will allow you to:

• be prepared in the event of a product recall so that you can reach customers with affected batches as soon as possible
• reduce the costs associated with recalls by identifying the product batch that may present a risk to health
• increase consumer trust in the safety of the products you sell

Steps:

1. From your Freshly admin, go to Inventory batches.
2. In the Inventory batches table, find or search for the name of batch or batch details.
3. Click View # orders in the Orders column to view the orders and customers associated with the batch.
