Exporting batch tracked inventory

You can export all of your batch-tracked inventory to a CSV, for one location or for all locations. Batch exports are available on paid Freshly plans.

1. In Freshly, go to Inventory Batches.
2. Click Export.
3. In Export inventory from, choose All locations or a specific location.
4. Click Export batches.

Freshly emails the CSV to the addresses in Preferences > Staff notifications > Email recipients, or to your store email if that field is empty.

The CSV has one row per batch, including expired and out-of-stock batches. It includes:

• Product ID, vendor, product title, SKU, variant ID, variant title, variant barcode, price, and variant inventory quantity
• Location ID and location name
• Batch ID, batch quantity, expiry date, and days to expiry
• Batch name, received date, batch number, barcode, invoice number, and description
• Status (in stock , out of stock , or expired )
